75th   INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBERATIONS REPORT

                                                   On August 15, 2022,   Proudly and patriotically, after hoisting the Tricolour ,in the morning , on the 75th Anniversary of India’s independence from the British rule, Uncle Colin , the Founder- Chairman , Kings schools , the pilgrimage of education, Pudhur , Vallioor , Tirunelveli , urged the students to love India for its glorious history, tradition and culture .After administrating the ceremonial welcome and the Salute from the Head boy,   he enthralled the cheering assemblage of students, teachers and performers of various events with his inspiring address in the AK hall which had been embellished for the occasion . Besides glorifying India in various fields, he recalled the sacrifices of thousands of people in the freedom fights against the British colonialism in India. Furthermore, he remembered the long association of his family members with India Above all, he briefed candidly the historical independent journey of India and various ruthless invaders in and out of India. Spiritedly, he called upon everyone to be proud of India for her various reasons of uniqueness that India blessed with. Above all, he ended his graceful address saying ‘ JAI HIND ‘, thrice which astonished everyone assembled.

         Next, Mr James Navamani, Correspondent, Kings Schools , is a man with a sea of knowledge and practical wisdom , unsurprisingly, mesmerised the assembly with his vibrant address on patriotism , nation-building , character-building , high-thinking and simple-living ,empathy and compassion. He made a clarion call in the assembly and called upon the students to strive hard in the future to uplift the downtrodden, the marginalised, the neglected, the vulnerable, the isolated, the voiceless, the hopeless and the deprived section of society with their possible help of any type which is true patriotism according to him. Significantly, he lauded Indian democracy and showered Independence Day congratulatory messages to all and sundry and he appealed them to do their contribution for the nation building. Before he wound up his address, he heartily lauded Mrs S. Muthu Laxmi from CBSE,Mrs B.Deepa and Mrs C. Chandra from Matric campus for their wonderful  co-ordination, time, efforts ,energy and thinking they put in for the success of this independence Day celebrations.

                 Finally, Principal, Mr Anantha Sam, began his message by showering independence day greetings to one and all and then he emphasised the significance of loving one another in a society of diversity and pluralism. Additionally, he highlighted the greatness of togetherness, oneness, indianess and peaceful coexistence with unity, amity and solidarity. To him, loving our neighbours is true patriotism. He hailed all the teachers for their presence and dynamic participation.

                 In summary, 75th Indian Independence Day was celebrated on the scenic and lush green campus of kings schools with music, songs, dance, beauty, stunning speeches, birthday cards, laddus and more importantly, patriotism and flamboyance.
