“A good handwriting is the mirror of knowledge”
To inculcate the habit of good handwriting among students, a competition was conducted on calligraphy on 29.10. 22, for the students of class I –V. The objective of the competition was to encourage students to improve their calligraphy skills at young age. The competition was conducted in the respective classrooms. The students, who participated in the competition, exhibited their writing skills through different forms of calligraphic fonts. The assessment was done on the basis of writing style, patterns, legibility, punctuation and beautification. This competition encourages and recognises the good handwriting skill. It provides students with an opportunity to display their competency of legible writing. The response of the students was very encouraging. Majority of students had put in their best foot forward to enhance their writing skills.
