INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2023 – 2024

                   Investiture Ceremony is an important event that gives a good start to the activities for the Academic year.  The ceremony is to badge the leaders of this academic year who would be leading the year’s all-curricular and co-curricular activities and work with the team effort and bring out new and challenging events with all the success. It was celebrated at Kings Matric on 28^th June.

                   Kings Election Committee conducted the student council Election on 21^st June.  Students Nominees were scrutinised, the final list of candidates was announced and the election was held peacefully in the A.K. hall to elect the leaders for various positions.

                   The ceremony started at 9.00 AM with prayer and a speech was given on leadership. The elected leaders’ profiles were read out to the audience. The Correspondent Mr. J Navamani, and Mrs. Jeya Agnes, one of the Trustees conferred the students with sashes.  Responsibility to the student council members was bestowed by  Matric Principal Mr. Anantha Sam, & CBSE Principal. Mrs. Sahaya Mary. Mr. Joshua,  Vice Principal (Non-Academic) administered an oath of office to the elected candidates. Later, the Correspondent appreciated and congratulated the office bearers to be role models and lead by example following the policies of kings.

                   He also pointed out that it was one-time life opportunity to take the responsibilities to scale greater heights. The function concluded with the National Anthem.
